Everyone has a different way of organizing their reviews, tests and quizzes. Here are a few resources to help you get started with yours.
I am currently working with both the Nelson Mathematics 8 textbook and the Jump Math grade 8 program, on top of my own personal notes from university and a touch of extra research, to put together my lesson plan for this year.
I suspect that each year, the plan will change a little bit, and that my quizzes will as well. At the same time, if you're following either of these programs and you're looking for resources, here are the parts of those two resources that I would use.
If you don't have the Jump Math program, they have a number of resources available on their site. If you feel you need the student workbooks, you can order the grade 8 resources from them here (not an affiliate link, and costs money). If you feel all you need is the teacher plans, then you can access them for free by creating a teacher account (free!). They have a series of sample quizzes and tests (free!) available to go along with their program. The teacher guides are available free of charge as well.
